I changed the name of my magazine several times before finaly deciding CULT. I decided this because I think it relates well to the slogan 'Individuality is the new religion' and is a much more powerful word relevant for the genre.

ReplyDeletethe name of your magazine is quite light and frothy (as discussed in the feedback session). For a magazine that is attempting to be unique,mindblowing and individual (words from your pitch) is the title appropriate? If it is, why?
Use http://lookbook.nu/ to help you with the visual aspect of your magazine. This site is fashion oriented but should prove helpful in terms of the types of shots you may hope to achieve.
I need to see more examples of magazines that have influenced you.
You need to set up a label list and label all posts correctly.
Your pitch was good, but not complete. Your planning and research needs to be much more comprehensive.
